Return Policy of Lanadries

Please note: we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?

Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days after receipt.

For the return to be accepted, the order must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be complete and, as far as possible, in its original condition and packaging.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The product must not show any damage caused by improper or negligent use.
• Products for which hygiene is important must be clean before starting the return process.
• Any defect must be reported immediately after receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for the return costs.

Returns are processed within 7 working days after receipt and, if they meet the conditions, will be confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged without this being our responsibility.

How can I return my order?

If your return meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Send an email to: Info@lanadries.com

Include the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Photo of the product in case of damage
• First and last name
• Address

After evaluating your request, we will provide you with the return address.

Never send a return without prior authorization.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by email at Info@lanadries.com.

Once the withdrawal has been communicated, you have another 14 days to return the product. The withdrawal will become effective once we have received the product.

Orders in Transit

Our products are shipped internationally. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it once you have received it.

We recommend keeping the proof of shipment for your return.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, except shipping costs and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the standard method.

The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

Returns

All returns must be sent, at the customer’s expense, to our central warehouse.
